Binstr.app introduces a "trash valet" service bringing trash bins to the curb and back again. Eliminating missed pick ups and bins left on the street. BinStar (our provider side of the app) sends trained crews to handle bin placement for each residence, coupled with GPS tracking and automation via property management platform integrations. By transforming a manual task into a scheduled, data-driven service, Binstr also creates a new revenue stream for HOAs and builds resident goodwill. The initial MVP is being bootstrapped in Gilbert, Arizona, with the aim of scaling into a national automation platform for residential waste logistics.
